Registration

Both author and listener are required to complete the registration payment on their Profile.

For listeners, please login to Member Center and click "Registration & Payment" to complete registration.

 

Method of payment

1) Over-the-Counter Bank transfer: Bank account will be informed upon request or upon acceptance of submission.
2) Credit Card: Payment can be made online via PayPal (in this case, 10% PayPal fee will be charged). The instruction and permission of online payment will be provided along with the acceptance/ invitation letters.

 

Payment Calculation

Each participant needs to pay the registration fee. One author with one accepted submission will have to pay registration fee according to above table. The co-author of the same paper shall make the payment 150 USD individually if he/she will present the paper together in the conference. If one author has more than one accepted paper to present, he/she will have to make the payment 300 USD for extra submission (including publication fee in scopus indexed journal).

 

Receipt

The receipt as a proof of payment can be received in registration day. For other specific requests, pleaseplease put a ticket in your panel or send an email to contact@icorast.org.

 

Certificate

*[Certificate of Presentation or Certificate of Attendance]
A certificate of attendance includes participant’s name and affiliation, certifying the participation in the conference. A certificate of presentation indicates a presenter’s name, co-authors and the paper title that is presented in the scheduled session. Please make sure you have provided correct information in your profile because certificate will be issued for Presenters referring to provided information in the user profile. The extra certificate can be requested for 50 USD.


Certificate Distribution

Oral presenters will receive a certificate of presentation from the session chair after their presentations or at the end of the session. Poster presenters will receive a certificate of presentation from the conference staff at the end of their poster session.

The certificate of presentation will not be issued, either at or after the conference, to authors whose papers are registered but not presented. Instead, the certificate of attendance will be provided after the conference.

If authors are not able to present their papers due to unavoidable circumstances, they shall provide the official certification document to request for the certificate of presentation. For more details, please please put a ticket in your panel or  contact the conference secretariat at contact@icorast.org.

 

Refunds

No refunds will be issued by ICORAST for any reason. Participants shall have confirmed all conference information before they complete the registration payment.
